Returns

If the color received differs from the one ordered by up to 30% from the color shown in the image.

In case of defects or manufacturing errors, a new product will be sent to the customer once the defective item is returned.

Returns are accepted only with the original packaging, without signs of use or washing.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason not mentioned above, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email, and if the return is approved, you will receive a refund according to our terms and the law.

Returns - Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days. You cannot combine two coupons on the website simultaneously. The refund will be provided in cash or bank transfer, at the company's discretion, subject to the law. If items are out of stock, you will receive a refund, and you will be notified by email.

Outlet items purchased on the site are not eligible for returns. No cash refund or site credit will be provided for these items.

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled as long as it has not been processed for shipping. If you wish to change your shipping details or cancel an order placed on the website, please contact us within the first 12 hours for assistance.

Once the shipping process begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

 The refund amount will be the product/order amount minus the shipping cost and credit card processing fee, as per the Consumer Protection Law, which requires customers to pay a cancellation fee of 30or 5% of the transaction amount (whichever is lower).
