  1. Welcome to the website WWW.DKLOR.COM (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). The Site is owned and operated by DKLOR hereinafter: "the Company" or "the Site Manager" or "DKLOR").
  2. The Site serves as a virtual shop for the sale of fashion accessories and complementary furniture for home design (hereinafter: "the Products").
  3. Use of the site is allowed for individuals aged 18 and above, holding a valid local or international credit card.
  4. Purchasing products on the Site and accessing it are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
  5. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Dklor for all intents and purposes.
  6. Before making a purchase on the Site, you are required to carefully read the provisions of this agreement. Continuing to browse the Site, reviewing the information published on it, and making a purchase constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions detailed herein. You and/or anyone acting on your behalf shall have no claim or demand against the Site owners and/or its operators in this regard.
  7. Dklor reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice. Changes to the terms and/or conditions will come into effect upon their publication on the Site.
  8. This agreement is written in the masculine form for convenience only, and wherever the agreement refers to the masculine form, it also refers to the feminine form.

Terms of Use and Privacy

  1. To register on the Site, you must provide your full name, email, and a personal password that will accompany you during your use of the Site.
  2. The Site may not be used for commercial purposes or any other illegal purpose.
  3. By providing your personal information for the purpose of using the Site, you agree to receive direct marketing communications via mail, email, and mobile phone (SMS) (hereinafter: "Direct Marketing").

  7. Dklor takes all necessary measures to protect your privacy and data confidentiality. The Site is secured and protected against intrusion through advanced technology (hereinafter: "Security Breaches"). Transactions carried out on the Site are protected by encrypted SSL security protocol. Nevertheless, you acknowledge that it is impossible to eliminate Security Breaches in the databases and on the Site entirely. Therefore, you hereby waive all claims, demands, and lawsuits against Dklor and anyone on its behalf due to such Security Breaches.
  8. Dklor shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to you or anyone acting on your behalf due to any use of the information without authorization.

Placing an Order on the Site

  1. An action on the Site includes any purchase of products from the products offered on the Site (hereinafter: "the Purchase").
  2. Purchasing on the Site is subject to registration on the Site and providing full, accurate, and precise personal information, including full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
  3. Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense leading to legal and civil proceedings.
  4. Providing incorrect information may prevent product delivery. In the event of returning a product to Dklor warehouses due to incorrect information provided by you, you will be charged for the shipping of the returned shipment.
  5. Dklor offers products on the Site in various models, types, and quantities according to its exclusive choice and discretion.
  6. Dklor has the exclusive right to change, add, and/or remove products offered for purchase on the Site, including the quantity of products offered for purchase on the Site and the manner of purchasing them.
  7. Dklor reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on the Site at any time without prior notice.
  8. The products offered on this Site and their prices are valid for the existing stock only.
  9. Product prices on the Site include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
  10. If a product purchased or offered for purchase on the Site is out of stock, Dklor reserves the right to cancel the transaction, not allow the purchase of the out-of-stock product, or offer an alternative product.
  11. Dklor will make every effort to provide you with all the necessary information required to make a decision about purchasing the product, but it is clarified that the images displayed are for illustration purposes only and do not obligate Dklor.
  12. In case of a discrepancy between the product details in writing and the image published on the Site, such as the color of the product, the written product details are binding.
  13. There may be variations in shades between the product images displayed on the Site and the exact shades of the products as delivered.
  14. To complete the purchase, you will need to provide a valid, local or international credit card.
  15. The charge for the credit card you provided at the time of purchase will be made according to the product price as published on the Site at the time of purchase, in addition to shipping fees if necessary.
  16. During the payment process for the purchase, you can choose the number of installments as detailed in the relevant payment table for the purchased product and the conditions specified in that table.
  17. Dklor reserves the right to charge the shipping fees with the first payment of the installments.
  18. ou have the flexibility to make a purchase using alternative payment methods, subject to placing a telephone order and coordinating payment with our website manager.
  19. Completing a purchase is also possible by providing credit card details over the phone. Please note that the finalization of the sale will occur only after submitting payment information to a Dklor representative, who will establish contact with you for this purpose.
  20. It is essential to emphasize that completing a purchase via telephone is contingent upon the availability of the product for sale.
  21. The purchase transaction will be completed only after receiving approval from the credit card company for the transaction ("Transaction Confirmation").
  22. In the event that the credit card company declines to approve the transaction, you will receive a rejection notice from Dklor ("Rejection Notice"). You will then be provided with an option to arrange payment within 7 days from the date of receiving the Rejection Notice. After this period, the transaction will be considered void.
  23. The product details, as recorded in the Dklor computer systems, will serve as evidence of the type and quantity of the ordered products. You or your representatives will not have the right to dispute these details.

Delivery and Product Lead Times

  1. Your purchased product will be delivered to you within a maximum of 21 business days from the date of completing the transaction, as defined in Section 37 of our terms and conditions.
  2. Delivery times are available on Monday through Friday only (excluding Sunday, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).
  3. We strive to expedite the delivery process and accommodate your needs to the best of our ability, in accordance with the policies of our courier partners.
  4. Orders placed on Sundays through Thursdays after 15:00 or on Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday eves will be considered as received on the next business day.
  5. Delivery options include "self-pickup" or delivery by courier, depending on your choice and the type and weight of the product.
  6. Delivery by courier may involve additional fees for shipping and assembly, as specified on our website.
  7. Product delivery via courier will follow the guidelines below:
  • Products that are not fragile and weigh up to 3 kg will be shipped through our courier partner, and shipping fees will be detailed on our website and payable during the purchase.
  • Fragile products and those weighing over 3 kg or requiring assembly at the customer's location will be delivered and assembled by a courier from our courier partner (referred to as "personal courier"). In the case of personal courier delivery, you will be responsible for the courier fees and assembly charges, directly payable to the personal courier, based on the product type, weight, delivery location, and courier pricing.
  1. Delivering products to a higher floor than the second floor may require an additional fee, payable to Dklor or our courier partner, as applicable.
  2. If product delivery requires the use of a lift, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of lift services.
  3. The product will be delivered to the address you provided on the order form available on our website.
  4. It is your responsibility to inspect and ensure the product's correctness and completeness upon delivery. In the event of any defects or issues with the delivered product, you must notify Dklor within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. Dklor or its representatives, including movers, couriers, and installers, will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur to your purchased product during the assembly process.
  6. Self-pickup from our Dklor warehouse is available by prior arrangement with our company's offices, and in such cases, there will be no charge for shipping fees.
  7. For "self-pickup," you must present identification using your ID card and the credit card used for the order at the time of pickup.
  8. In the case of "self-pickup," Dklor will not be responsible for any damage to the product of any kind that may occur after the product is handed over to you.
  9. In the case of "self-pickup," Dklor reserves the right to open the product's packaging in front of you to ensure its condition and completeness. This will not relieve you of the responsibility to thoroughly inspect and verify the product's condition and completeness before pickup or acceptance.

Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Methods
  • If you request delivery via a courier, your order will be shipped using a courier service affiliated with Dklor. The choice of courier will depend on the type of product purchased, its weight, and the delivery address provided during the purchase.
  1. Address Change Request
  • Should you need to change the shipping address for your order after purchase, the countdown for the working days required for product delivery will start from the day Dklor confirms the address change request.
  1. Service Commitment
  • While we strive to provide exceptional service, please note that Dklor is not responsible for the courier company's operations (excluding personal couriers) or any delays or changes beyond our control, including those due to force majeure.
  1. Delivery Scheduling
  • The date and time of delivery will be coordinated with you by the courier company, taking into account the circumstances and feasibility.
  1. Delayed Delivery
  • In the event of a delay in delivery due to circumstances within Dklor's control, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
  1. Remote Locations
  • Shipping fees and delivery times to remote locations may differ from standard rates. You will be informed of any such variations as early as possible by Dklor. In such cases, you have the right to request order cancellation, provided that the cancellation request is made immediately upon receiving Dklor's notification of the modified shipping fees and/or delivery times. This is subject to the provisions of the "Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy" detailed in this regulation.
  1. Personal Delivery
  • Product delivery is strictly personal and will take place only in your presence. You will be required to present valid identification at the time of delivery. If you request that someone on your behalf receives the product, you must provide Dklor with their full details, and the product will be handed over to them upon presentation of a signed power of attorney issued by you and valid identification.

Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy

  • All provisions in this section adhere to the Consumer Protection Law accompanying regulations.
  1. Right to Cancel an Order
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  1. Conditions for Order Cancellation
  • To initiate an order cancellation, you must meet the following conditions ("Cancellation Conditions"):
    • Notify us of your cancellation through our customer service hotline or the online contact form provided on our website.
    • Return the product to Dklor warehouse at the address specified in this policy.
    • Return the product in its original packaging with the accompanying invoice.
    • Ensure that the product is undamaged and unused.
    • The transaction amount is greater than 29$
    • The product has not been assembled at your location.
    • The product was not custom-made based on your measurements or special requirements.
  • It is important to note that these conditions are cumulative. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the forfeiture of your right to cancel the order.
  1. Issuance of Credit Voucher
  • Upon successful return of the product within 14 days of the cancellation notice, a credit voucher will be issued. This voucher will be valid for two years from the date of issuance and will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
  1. Cancellation Costs
  • In the event of order cancellation, you will bear the following costs:
    • A cancellation fee of 5% of the product's price or 30$  whichever is lower ("Cancellation Fee").
    • Shipping expenses and credit card transaction fees, if applicable.
  1. Cancellation Before Product Shipment
  • If the cancellation notice is received before the product is dispatched, you will not be charged for the product or shipping fees.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Law and subject to meeting the conditions outlined in this policy ("Refund Conditions"):
    • The canceled product is returned to Dklor warehouse within 48 hours of the cancellation notice, following the guidelines provided in section 62 above.
    • Refunds will be made within 7 business days from the date the product is returned, using the same payment method used for the purchase and in accordance with the timelines set by credit card companies.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping expenses will be your responsibility, even if Dklor dispatches a courier to collect the product from your location.
  1. Refund for Defective Products
  • In case of cancellation due to product defects, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation notice, provided the product is returned to our warehouse within 48 hours.
  1. Inspection and Warranty
  • The condition, integrity, and validity of the returned product will be assessed solely by Dklor. By accepting these terms, you waive any claims, demands, or disputes related to this matter.
  1. Refund for Discounted or Promotional Products
  • Refund for products purchased under promotions or seasonal offers will only be granted after the physical return of the product to Dklor warehouse within 48 hours of receipt.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Products that were not paid for in cash, such as items purchased through promotions or gifts, are non-refundable.
  1. Return of Discounted Products
  • A 5% deduction from the item's value or 30$, whichever is lower, will be applied to returns of discounted products.
  1. Display and Clearance Items
  • Products designated as display or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully inspect and verify the product's condition and integrity before accepting it.
  1. Exchange Option
  • In lieu of a refund, you may request an exchange for the purchased product or opt to receive a credit voucher for future purchases.
  1. Dklor Right to Cancel
  • Dklor reserves the right to cancel an order, partially or entirely, under the following circumstances:
    • Misrepresentation of the product description or price.
    • Product unavailability.
    • Technical communication failure on our website leading to improper use by users.
    • Force majeure events preventing the completion of the sale, including war, hostility, terrorism, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
  • In case of order cancellation, Dklor will notify you by phone or email. Your agreement to receive such notifications via email is hereby granted.
